You must comply with our rules and guidelines if attending a RIOT event and you may be questioned by a member of our wellbeing team on the door before entering the event. We may also ask you questions about our values to ensure that you understand the space you will be entering. These rules are put in place to ensure we curate spaces where people feel welcomed and safe.
If you do not adhere to our rules then you will be removed from the event, and blocklisted from future events.
Consent is key, and you must get an enthusiastic YES before engaging in play with anyone. Please remember that consent can be withdrawn at any time, and nobody owes you access to their body.
No Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, Whorephobia, Transphobia, Ableism, Slut Shaming or any other form of discrimination will be tolerated.
If you see anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, or endangers / makes other guests uncomfortable, report this to one of our wellbeing monitors who will be identifiable by wearing a bright armband.
Strictly no photography or videos at our events, camera lenses will be covered on arrival at play parties (with the exception of our official photographers who will only take attendee pictures with consent). Strictly no phones allowed in play areas.
No messy play (scat / blood play / water sports etc) in our play areas, cleaning products will be provided so you can clean up after yourselves – please be respectful and hygienic. You must wipe down furniture and equipment after use.
Adhere to our dress code! We welcome creative and kinky self expression. Think: leather and latex, sparkles and suspenders, corsets and chaps. We encourage you to dress up in kinky gear that makes YOU feel comfortable. But, no effort = no entry. Casual “everyday clothes” ie – Jeans, casual t-shirts etc.
No loitering, only enter the play areas with the person(s) you’re intending to play with. No solo masturbation anywhere in the venue.
