Is there a changing room and cloakroom?
All our party venues have these facilities.
Can I bring my own toys?
Yes you can and we encourage you to because we do not provide any. Anything that is particularly sharp may not be admitted at the venue’s discretion.
What type of play is permitted at Riot?
We welcome all types of play including shibari, but we do not allow anything messy such as scat, watersports and blood, nor do we permit fire play.
Is there strobe lighting on the dance floor?
Most of the venues we use have strobe lighting however we can discuss with them ahead of time as to how much is used so contact riotpartyassistant@gmail.com if this is a concern for you.
If I am denied entry can I receive a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or postponed.
If I need assistance during the event, whom do I ask?
Every party has a trained safeguarding team who wear LED armbands. They are on hand to provide a wide range of welfare and deal with any guests who may be bothersome to you.
I know I can’t take pictures, but how about selfies?
No photography or videos of any kind are permitted anywhere at Riot.
I identify as heterosexual, am I welcome at Riot?
We welcome people of all gender and sexual identities who adhere to the rules, but we centre people of colour, sex workers and the LGBTQ+ community.
I don’t own physical ID, can I still attend?
All our venues require physical ID to permit entry under British Law.
I want to attend but I need a PA/carer with me, do you offer these tickets?
Complimentary carer tickets are always available for events. Email riotpartyassistant@gmail.com with a screenshot of your ticket, as soon as you have purchased it.
I always need to have medication with me, can I bring it into the venue?
Yes we encourage you to bring whatever medication you need, just present it to security who may need to keep it in a secure location throughout the event.
I’ve bought my ticket but still haven’t received my consent form?
Consent forms are sent a few hours before the entry time. If you don’t receive it, you can fill it out at the door using a QR code. Consent forms must be filled out by every guest who wants to gain entry because they are checked at the door.
I’m attending alone, are there pre-drinks?
We hold regular pre-drinks for our London parties, email riotpartyassistant@gmail.com for more info.
I struggle with low blood sugar, can I bring snacks into the venue?
If you have any specific health queries, email riotpartyassistant@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate them in conjunction with the venue’s policies.
